Tammy Ann Russett Fraser, 50, of Baldwinsville passed away Monday, December 16, 2013. She was born in Syracuse and lived in Baldwinsville all of her life. Tammy was a graduate of Maria Regina College and St. Joseph’s School of Nursing. She was formerly employed with St. Joseph’s Hospital in the Critical Care Unit. Tammy survived leukemia and its after effects for 43 years. She lived everyday as if it was a gift. Tammy loved to laugh. Her family and faith were her heart. She had many talents, but especially her art and poetry. A painting she did when she was 14 still hangs in Ray Middle School cafeteria. Tammy taught all of us to “stop and smell the roses.” Survivors: her parents, Francis and Barbara Russett; her brothers, F. Joseph (Robin) Russett, Jeffrey (Jill) Russett, Michael (Amy) Russett and Steven (Sarah) Russett; her sisters, Karen (Bret) Farritor and Darlene (B. Scott) Cary; several nieces and nephews Services: 11:00 am Saturday, December 21, 2013, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 3494 Route 31, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, December 20, 2013, at the Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
