Dear Joe and family,
It was with sadness that we noted your father's passing. I met Joe when I attended my first B'ville Club meeting in 1979. We became instant friends and I'll always remember his "thumbs down" sign to me (purely in jest) when I assumed his position as delegate to the Federation. I never let him forget that ever since and we laughed every time. I always looked forward to seeing him at our meetings. Melva and I offer our deepest sympathy for your loss and will offer our prayers for Joe.
