Harold D. Spara, 72, of Lilac Lane, Van Buren, died Friday. He was born in Oneida. He was a mechanic for more than 25 years at Cole Muffler, Syracuse.
Survivors: His wife of 46 years, the former Florence E. Sherman; two daughters, Denise Baur of Marcellus and Donna Machut of Syracuse; two sons, Darrell of Jordan and Duane of Baldwinsville; three sisters, Barbara Holloway of Arizona, Mona Houde of Red Creek and Mary Jane Redhead of Florida; three brothers, James of Cicero, Dominic of Oneida and Thomas of Liverpool; several stepsisters; nine grandchildren.
Services: 8 p.m. today at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, private. Calling hours, 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
