To the Donaghey family and friends, my sympathy for your loss. His love of his family and his cars was great. I always enjoyed visiting with him and hearing about his latest trips to car shows and what he was working on that week.

Sally and family,
I am so so sorry for your loss. Matt was such a sweet man who always made me laugh. I remember going into the barn while he was working on the old cars. He also taught me the secret to grilling a steak. Devin still has all the toys that he made, now Liam plays with them. My sincere condolences go out to everyone.
Love you all,
Cynthia

My heart goes out to all of you with the passing of Matt.... He will always be my neighbor who made it clear when I came home in my youth in the wee mornings, to put a beer can on my car hood. Thanks Matt!
Many wonderful years were spent with all of you on W. Oneida Street. With deepest sympathies....

To Sally, Craigers, B, Sheila, Karen, Eileen, Billy, Jack & everyone who loved Matt. My deepest and sincere condolences to everyone who knew and loved Matt. It has been years since I have seen you all but think of you often and fondly. Kayla and I still have every toy Matt made for us, wood tic-tac-toe, wood cars & trucks, and wood ring toss. I so enjoyed Matt's stories of yesteryear outback at the garage having a beer.
May your fond memories of Matt bring warmth to your hearts and smiles to your face...Keep your heads high, he wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
He was a great man whom will be greatly missed. All of my love to all.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Donaghey's passing. He was my Webelo Scout leader and was ever present in my mind when I led my boys through scouts. During a project when Pete Kafka almost cut his hand off I believe he patched him up with a rag and some duct tape. Very resourceful man! He will truly be missed.
