To the Rogala family, I am sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine what you are going through right now at the loss of your son at such a young age. He will always be with you in your memories and your heart. May he rest in paradise!! He will be looking down upon you and be with you in all that you do. He has a beautiful smile and looks as though he is a happy go lucky guy... keep that spirit within yourself ! I am sure he will want you to be happy... enjoy each and every day as life is much too short and should not be wasted. God Bless you,
Sandra Martin,
(Jen Rogala's sister in law).

Joey,
We were supposed to go bridge jumping That morning you were taken away from us, I woke up really early not feeling right. We only hung out a handful of times but every time it felt like we knew each other for years. Its a weird feeling knowing we were hugging just days before. Chins touching is the only way a hug should be man. Ill miss you and you'll never be forgotten. I hope you can find some real happiness wherever you are now.

Joey, you were taken way too soon! I remember going over to your house and hanging out with you when i was supposed to be over at my grandparents. I appreciated how if i wasn't there, you were over at my grandparents to check up on them, just to talk. Even though we didn't get to talk recently, I will always remember you as the happy and fun kid i knew. You were always the person everyone wanted to be around because you were always smiling. God bless joey.. you are in God's hands now... my prayers are also with the family.

Joey and his family used to live next door to my parents before they moved to Lysander. I will always remember him as a sweet, respectful young man. MY daughter would go to his house and play Nintendo 64 with him and he would spend alot of time at my parents house just sitting outside talking to them. Joey, you are in God's hands now. You will be missed by all of your friends and family. Rest in peace Joey.

Dear Joey!
We all miss you dearly! It was such a pleasure getting to know you, having some serious chats about life or hearing a laugh shared between you and Sean! You spent so much time here hanging out with the guys that I still wait for the knock at the door.
I wish you much happiness in your new life! Maybe now you can watch over everyone you used to ride with and keep them safe! Big kisses and hugs to you! Rest in peace!
Love,
Kim

Joey, Ive known you since I was 12 years old. We were on the same team in seventh grade. You were such an amazing friend. You moved away for awhile, but you always knew you belonged here in Bville, because this is where your true friends are. I went out to eat at chilis today, and sat where we sat and ordered the same food, and thought of you the whole time. You were sweet and always smiling and I will never forget your smile and I always smiled because it was so contagious. You felt like you just had to. I am going to miss you so much, we all are. I can still hear you calling me "Lil D". You were taken away from us too soon. You will always be in my heart, and I will always remember the sound of your voice. Rest in Peace and watch over us

Joey, it's still hard for all of this to sink in. I know I didn't know you as well as everyone else did. But I remember the first time I went to Jesse's for Josh's graduation, you were outside of the barn, making faces at Jesse && I, making us laugh. You always made people laugh, lifted everyone's spirits. I remember that day you came over to the Menkin's house not to long ago, never did I would think that would be my last time seeing you. You were such a fighter, && you always knew how to make people smile, even if they didn't want to. My thoughts && prayers go out to your entire family && friends. This isn't goodbye Joey, this is simply "See you later". If you see my cousin or brother up there, tell them I said hello. Party it up with the angels Joey. We love you

Joey was definitely such an outgoing person. He was always smiling and making people around him laugh and just brightening everyone's mood. I may not have talked to him much lately, but he still meant so much to me and my brother Josh. I can't believe he is gone. It feels like I could just walk over to his house and he would be there. I miss him so much already. I hope you see this Joey, I'm going to use your d pole you gave me earlier this year tomorrow in a scrimmage for lacrosse in remembrance to you. Your always going to be in my heart, RIP Joey.

We've know Joey since his family moved here in Lysander. Our backyards are back to back...He grew up with our grandsons Josh and Jesse. Everytime he was at our house he was such a joy to be around, he always had a story to tell and made us laugh! God must have a plan for him, it's a shame he took him way to early! RIP Joey... Gonna miss that smiling face of yours ♥ Our deepest heartfelt condolences. The Menkins Family(Carl and Jean)
