Growing up in the same neighborhood with Tim was a pleasure. He was always fun to walk home from school with. He had a great sense of humor and tranquil personality. The last time I saw him was about 25 years ago in Bville. He was the same funny friendly guy and a pleasure to be in his company. My condolences to his friends and family.

Dear Koegel's, I am so sorry for the loss of Tim. He was a very good man and will be missed. I remember when I first met all of you and, when I look back, he is the one that I remembered meeting first. He used to come to our house and babysit us. I always thought he was the most handsome man I had ever seen. He was very good to us and made me feel safe whenever he was around...must be that's why he was so good in the Military. He even attacked an oppossum in our garbage can for Sandy and me.
There was a long break of time when I didn't see him, but the past couple of years I enjoyed visiting with him. Tim will certainly be missed by many. We can take comfort that he is in Heaven protecting us from there. Love you guys, Sherri (Hess) Warner

My Tim Dear~
I have and always will love you. My heart is broken that you are gone. I will miss our conversations, texts, your jocularity, and your kindness of heart.
You were like Jean Valjean in Les Mis continually striving to be in a better place, picking yourself up and trying again. Like the mythical pheonix. You showed your strong gruff side but I knew the gentle and tender masterful one too.
My deepest sympathies to your sons, granddaughter, siblings, nieces/nephews.
You remain in my thoughts and prayers.
