Jim, I was so saddened to hear of your passing. You always spoke with such optimisium no matter what the circumstances and worked hard to stay true to your word.
May you rest in peace and know you will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to your daughter and grandchild. I had the pleasure of speaking briefly with your daughter and let he know what a great person you always were to me. God has another angel with him.....

Hi again. Someone e-mailed me with the Subject of "Re: Jim Duffy" that I saw in my e-mail preview, but when I went into the actual e-mail, the message was gone. I would love to hear from you, if you would send it again!
Thank you.

Mr. Duffy was a customer of mine since I first started working for Citizens Bank in 2008. We always had engaging conversations, he taught a thing or two on how to get deals, save money, politics, and so much more. He always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. He was a very smart man who I look up to. He was more than my customer but a dear friend. To his family: My condolences are with you at this time. He always spoke about how he adored his granddaughter. She must be a real gem. May you rest in peace, Mr. Duffy and enjoy all that there is to offer now, you deserve to relax and will be greatly missed.

To Jims family,
Jim was my very first boss. I worked at Video Max in Liverpool for 7 years, right after high school in 1986. Jim was always a very generous and thoughtful man. He would ask me every day if I brought a lunch, or did I want him to bring me something! I still have dreams about working in the video store, and I even had one last night. One thing that sticks out in my memory, although I have no idea why, is that he told me his nickname used to be Red. Im assuming he used to have red hair, but Ive only known him to have white hair! I also remember him frequently talking about his daughter, and to this day, I remember her name to be Deborah, even though it was 20 years ago. Thats how often he spoke of her. I have many fond memories of Jim and the video store and am very sad to hear of his passing. Rest in peace Jim.
