I was the gentleman driving behind Warren the day of his accident. I stayed with him for about twenty minutes making sure he didn't move and stayed calm. Got talking, actually joking with him about having a story to tell about this incident. Those few minutes gave me a quick glimpse into the person he was. I could not believe that he passed. I am very sorry for your lose. If you have any question about the accident or need any assistant, please don't hesitate to call me. 720-9472 Again I am so sorry for your lose.

I will miss Warren on the NY State Phone Traffic Net.The first time I heard him on the Net was April 15, 1992 and the last time was September 2, 2011.
He was an outgoing personality and it was always a pleasure to hear him on the many times he served as Net Control.
To his family I express sincere sympathy.
