Betty, I have just heard of Jeffs passing. I worked with Jeff in Tupper Lake and again after my transfer to Central. It was so nice to be greeted by a familiar face in a sea of strangers. He was a very intelligent, talented and caring professional. His contributions to improve and preserve the quality of life for the developmentally disabled were remarkable. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Jeff was a kind mentor and friend when I first started working with the developmentally disabled writing behavior plans. I could always count on Jeff for good advice based on his incredible amount of knowledge and experience in the field. Oswego County is a much better place because of him.

Very sad news. I shared an office with Jeff at OCC. He was always there to listen and gave me great advice about teaching. His suggestions for controlling unruly students were priceless.

The Jeff I knew was as kind, patient, giving and insightful as they come. What a blessing to have had the opportunity to work with him! He was always there for the individuals we served and he was there as my friend as well. Betty, to you, your children and your families, my very deepest sympathies.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff for quite a while before we both retired. He was a great man to work with and a very caring and professional individual. He had a grat sense of humor and we often had long talks about all kinds of things. I was so sorry to hear of his passing and I wish his family wonderful memories of a great man!
