Arthur W. Pearl, 86, of Baldwinsville passed away on Palm Sunday at the Veterans Medical Center, Syracuse. He was born in Niagara Falls and was a communicant of St. Augustines Church, Baldwinsville. He was a veteran of WWII and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a recipient of two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star.
Survivors: his wife of 35 years, Mary G.; sons, Mark Pearl, Lance Pearl, Clay Pearl and Richard Sargeaunt; daughter, Deborah Rinaldo; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews including Elvin Pearl.
A memorial service will be at 10:00am Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at St. Augustines Church Baldwinsville. No calling hours. Burial will be private. Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville has charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the VA Medical Center, 8th Floor Recreation Center, 800 Irving Ave., Syracuse, NY 13210.
