Patricia D. Gargan, 79, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away into the loving arms of God and her family Sunday, March 20, 2011 at the Villages Regional Hospital in Lady Lake, FL. She was born in Herkimer and lived in B’ville most of her life. She was a graduate of Baldwinsville Academy and served proudly as a WAVE in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. She was a member of the American Legion Post #113 and the American Legion Auxilliary. Pat was also a member of the Teamsters Local #317. Patty retired in 1995 after 30 years with P&C Warehouse in Syracuse. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Baldwinsville. Her passion in life was spending time traveling with her family and friends also playing cards, reading & music. She loved her family “more, more more” & was always ready for any challenge that they could come up with. Her Irish smile and laughter will never leave our hearts. Predeceased in death by her Mother Isabelle H. Dack of Baldwinsville, Sister Martha J. Mack of Afton WY, and Brother Roland J. Dack of Idaho. Survivors: daughters, Kathleen (Mike) Legault of Baldwinsville, Patricia (James) VanBuskirk, Sr. of Phoenix, NY, Maureen Pacheck (Steve Davis) of Baldwinsville, Mary (Mark) Hollenbeck of Belleview, FL; her sister, Shirley (Vance) Gorke of Mineral Buffs, GA.; brother-In-law, Eugene Mack of Afton, WY; her 3 grandchildren, James (Teresa) Vanbuskirk, Jr. of Phoenix NY, Christine (Michael) DiBerardino of Liverpool, NY, Katie Legault of Syracuse, NY; great grandchildren, Jesse, Ashley & Cheyenne; and her loving neices and nephews. Services: Calling hours are 5-8 pm Friday, March 25, 2011 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc. Baldwinsville NY. Prayer Service at funeral home Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 10:30 am and Mass at 11:00 am @ St Marys Church, Baldwinsville. There will be a spring burial at Calvary Cemetery Watertown at a later date.
