Obituary of Alfred G. Lavallee

Alfred G. Lavallee, 81, of Syracuse, passed away Thurday, January 13, 2011 at Community-General Hospital. He was born in Morris Forks, NY and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He retired after 30 years from Crucible Steel and and in 1972, started Lavallee Paving. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 50 years, Harriet Lavallee in 2004. Survivors: four children, Lynette Lavallee and her husband Walter Schultz of Yorktown, VA, Mark Lavallee of Canastota, Robert (Katherine) Lavallee of Red Creek and James Lavallee of Baldwinsville; sister, Genevieve O’Connor of Westborough, MA; brothers, Bernard Lavallee of Baldwinsville and Gilbert Lavallee of Memphis, NY; five grandchildren, Michelle, Sarah and Elizabeth Lavallee and Sarita And Teressa Schultz; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 2-5pm Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial, Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Syracuse.
