Carl F. Rode, 86, of Brewerton, formerly of Baldwinsville passed away Monday, June 7, 2010 at Veterans Medical Center. Carl served in the Army Air Corp during WWII as an airplane mechanic. Carl worked over 35 years for Carrier Corp. as a supervisor before retiring.
Survivors: 4 sons; Carl (Arlene) of Phoenix, William (Deborah) of Syracuse, Roger (Candi) of Argyle and Mark (Patti) of Richmond Va. 2 daughters; Susan (John) Andaloro of Baldwinsville and Christine (Robert) Lytle of Suffolk, Va. His former wife Shirley Rode of Baldwinsville. 2 brothers; Gordon of Baldwinsville and David of Sterling, 2 sisters Mildred Lum of Liverpool and June Wilson of Lysander, 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and longtime friend Irene Theisen of Brewerton.
Services: 10:00am Saturday, June 12, 2010 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery, Lysander. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St.
