Aunt Evelyn was the center of most of our lives as we grow up around the Barnum family. Our fondest memories are of her surrounded by our parents and friends as they got together so very often, and we, their children couldn't help but to feel her love as she welcomed us into her home and open arms. We will miss her, but continue to carry her love with us forever. To Aunt Em's family, we share in your loss and send our love to you with God's grace as he now welcome's his newest angle.

We will all miss Evelyn as she touched each of us in many different ways; as a loving mother, sister, grandmother and freind, always with love and selfless caring for others. She is with the Lord now, in his loving arms forever. We will miss her dearly.

Iam sure Evelyn is finally at rest. She was never concerned about her own well being. She thought only of family and her children. I will miss visiting with her on my trips to Syracuse.
It is certainly a tribute to Evelyn to make a contribution to the Lori Sullivan Foundation.
Brother-in-law, Ralph

Just heard today that Aunt Em had passed on. Like many, I am so sorry to hear the news of her death but I am sure that she is in the arms of our Lord and finally out of the pain that she has been in for so many years.
Many of my fondest memories during my childhood are about staying at Aunt Em's house for weeks in the summertime. I recall what a great time I had with John, Kathy, and Karen when we were kids(that was before you were born Joanne) going on picnics, swimming, fishing with Uncle Jerry, drinking cases of Pepsi and sitting in the garage in the summertime.
Aunt Em was so great to stay with because she always was ready to take us kids somewhere fun. Most of all, I remember the love Aunt Em always had towards everyone... she was so kind and loving to me. I remember her easy going style and how she was always out to please others. She was so dedicated to her children and family. My mother and father loved her dearly.
She will be dearly missed, my deepest sympathies to all members of our family.
Love to all,
Carol and Bernie Powers
