Nicholas Picciano, 80, of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday, January 25, 2010 at University Hospital. He was a native of East Syracuse and a long time mechanic retired from Mucci’s Trucking in Syracuse. He was an army veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Arthur Butler American Legion Post 359 in East Syracuse. Nicholas was pre-deceased by his daughter, Ann Marie Moore in 2007 and his brother Michael. Survivors: daughters, Debbie Picciano of Rochester and Cyndi (Rimon) Neshawait of N. Syracuse; sons, Nicholas A. (Carla) Picciano of Loganville, GA and Andrew L. (Joelyn) Picciano of Baldwinsville; sisters, Mary Campilango and Francis Tillona; brothers, Paul and Joseph Picciano; 9 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services: 1:00pm Friday, January 29, 2010 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. No Calling hours.
