Robert Jackson Brown, 65, of Oneida passed away Monday, December 14, 2009 at Stonehedge Nursing Home. He was born in Plainville and has lived in the Syracuse area most of his life. He was a home contractor for many years and was an avid fisherman and poker player.
Survivors: three daughters, Deborah Brown of Vernon, Sheryl (Rich) Dodele of Cotati, CA and Amber-Lynn Brown of Syracuse; two sons, Scott Brown of Mt. Prospect, IL and Joseph Arocho of Oneida; a sister, Alice (Frank) Skurpski of Canastota; a brother, Lawrence Brown of Fayetteville; 6 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:00am Saturday, December 19, 2009 at the Plainville Christian Church, 754 West Genesee St., Plainville, NY 13137. Spring burial, Monumental Cemetery, Meridian. Calling hours are 4-7pm Friday, December 18, 2009 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
