Kenneth H. Thomas, 71, of Idlewood Boulevard, Baldwinsville, died Wednesday at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. He was a life resident of Baldwinsville and a 1947 graduate of Baldwinsville Academy High School. He retired in 1989 after 40 years as an installer and repairman for New York Telephone in Syracuse. He was a member of the New York Telephone Pioneer Club and an Army veteran of the Korean War. His first wife, the former June Ingleston, died in 1974. Survivors: His wife of 26 years, the former Carol A. Lang; four daughters, Sandra H. Kostrzewa of Waterloo, Dawn J. Morris of Weedsport, Kathleen A. Skutt of Cary, N.C., and Christine H. Arnold of Liverpool; three sons, Kenneth H. Jr. of Syracuse, David H. of Gainesville, Fla., and Rod G. of Chandler, Ala.; a sister, Ruth C. Hill of Baldwinsville; 14 grandchildren. Services: 6:15 p.m. Saturday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Erieville Cemetery. Calling hours, 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Contributions: Alzheimer's Association of Central New York, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse 13204.
