My heartfelt sympathy to Terry and all of Charlie's family. He was truly "One of the Best" representative's that Owens Illinois ever had and was greatly respected by everyone. He was a true friend to me, I too an APQE working out of the Atlanta plant until my retirement ten years ago. I always looked forward to crossing paths with Charlie whether it be in meetings or breweries, most frequently at the Coor's location in Virginia. He was a great guy and will be missed by everyone.
