Glen J. Manuel, 87, of Tater Road, Memphis, died Sunday. He was born in Platteville City, Wis., and moved to Memphis in the 1920s. He retired in 1989 after 27 years at Henry White Farms in Memphis. He was a former member of the Civil Defense Organization. Survivors: His wife, the former Mattie F. Turner; five daughters, Gloria Wilson of Memphis, Joyce Teska of Wyoming, Sharon L. Pickard of Baldwinsville, Donna Penny of Florida, and Linda Lunkenheimer of Cato; a brother, Noel of Syracuse; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday in Plainville United Church of Christ. Burial, Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling hours, 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Contributions: Alzheimer's Association of Central New York, 441 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse 13204.
