Oscar P. Lavoie, 94, of Baldwinsville passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at his home. He was born in Toronto, Canada and lived in Baldwinsville most of his life. Oscar retired in 1980 from the Bridge, Ornamental & Structural Iron Workers Local #60. He was a Navy veteran of WW II. He was a member of the VFW Post #153 and a former member of the Baldwinsville Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #644. Oscar was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn, in 1999. Survivors: his daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Bill Jones of Liverpool; his granddaughter, Kayleigh Jones and several nieces and nephews. Services: 10:00 am Monday, August 3, 2009, at Falardeau Funeral Home, Baldwinsville. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7pm Sunday, August 2, 2009, at the funeral home, 93 Downer Street. Contributions: In lieu of flowers to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607
