Obituary of Danny W. Falter

Danny W. Falter, 61, of Baldwinsville passed away at home on Friday with his loving family by his side. He was born in Syracuse and was employeed as a truckdriver with Scholastic Book Fairs of East Syracuse for the past 8 years. Danny served in the US Army as a MP during the Vietnam War. Danny was a member of the VFW Post 153 and the Moose Lodge 644. He was pre-deceased by his brother, Gene Falter in 1999. Survivors: His wife of 37 years, Della (Gioia) Falter of Baldwinsville; His Father Edgar Falter of Baldwinsville; children, Kimberlee (Jason) Perkins of Baldwinsville; and Danny Falter Jr. of Baldwinsville; his sister Kimberlee (Ronald) Hoover of Mattydale and a brother; Mark (Pamela) Falter of Baldwinsville; grand-daughter, Hailee Perkins of Baldwinsville. Services: 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 19, 2009 at Falardeau Funeral Home, Inc., 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Calling hours are 4-7 p.m. Monday, prior to the service. Burial will be in the Spring.
