I shall miss my very dear friend, Rosemary, whom I always called "Rosa Maria". Rosemary and I first met in the Fall of 1947, when as new graduates from our high schools, we entered CCBI on Salina Street in Syracuse. Rosemary was such a bright student, and at first we were a bit "competitive", until we pushed past that and realized there was a wonderful friend waiting behind that facade!
We became very close friends and her parents often invited me to visit their home on weekends and my parents also welcomed her to my home in Massena. When I was married, Rosemary was one of my bridesmaids. She always sent special Christmas gifts to my children.........a huge gesture, as I have six children! We called each other to chat and always exchanged birthday cards and always exchanged Christmas gifts. Sadly, I learned of her death when I called her office on the morning of August 15 to wish her a Happy Birthday and sing to her, as I did every year. I shall sorely miss my very dear friend and all the wonderful moments and memories that evolve from that friendship. May you rest in peace, my dear friend, Rosa Maria.

Rosemary will always have a very special place in my heart. I met her when I was very young, as her sister Ann married my Uncle Gene.
Throughout the years my husband John, and our 4 children always cherished our time with her.
She was a strong, independent woman. We love her, admire her, and we will miss her.

I am so glad that I stopped into Rosemary's office a week before she passed away. There she was at her desk working away at 92. She was her usual sharp self. What an interesting and positive person. I enjoyed our meals together at Rotary meetings pre covid. She was a friend and collegue of my sister Susan who passed away nearly 20 years ago. We traded fond stories about Susan. God Bless Rosemary. What a life of service.

Rosemary was a wonderful woman. She was a true and loyal friend to my grandma and grandpa, Norma and Floyd Bradshaw. They were like family to each other. They lived next to each other for many years and grandpa piloted her boat for her. They had many boating trips and lots of fishing together. It is hard these days to find friends like they were. She will be greatly missed.

As a newly admitted female attorney in 1982, it was always a pleasure to observe Ms Bucci's professionalism and competence in the courtrooms. She was quite a role model. My sincere condolences to her family and loved ones.

There is so much I could say about Rosemary from both a professional and personal perspective. She was extremely generous to Syracuse Home/McHarrie Life, as well as many other organizations. Reinvesting in her community and helping others were second nature to Rosemary. I loved her recollections of law school. It was quite extraordinary for a woman of her time to attend college, let alone law school. How she pressed on reaching high achievements is quite a story. Rosemary struck a perfect balance of being both lady-like and strongly determined. She was a treasure to the Baldwinsville community and beyond. She will be both missed and remembered.

Rosemary was one of Baldwinsville's greatest boosters. She was the Baldwinsville Village Attorney when I was first on the board and served part of my first term as mayor. I served with her on the board of Syracuse Home Association where she was board secretary for many years. She was a hard working brilliant person who spent her life working for her clients and the many local and County organizations she belonged to. I will miss her and her advise on many matters. To my knowledge she never missed a memorial day ceremony at the Baldwinsville Cemetery Monument. May she rest in peace and be long remembered as one of the great members of the Baldwinsville community. I will miss her as a friend and Attorney. Our sympathy to her family and friends.

Growing up Rosemary and her parents lived across the street from our family. I think I was in 6th grade, but not sure. She was so friendly and helpfull. As her father got older my dad would drive him to church at St. Mary’s. He had such wonderful stories. Such a wonderful family always looking out for me. Rest In peace Rosemary
