Dearest Gwen, Kerry, Koren and Families, and Evan's Mother Claire, Kelly, Keven, Kerry and Edwin~
Our deepest and most sincere condolences in the loss of Evan, who was so very precious to you and to all of us as well. Evan was kind, caring, thoughtful, helpful, substantive, bright, inventive, hard-working and incredibly talented; and along with Gwen, an outstanding parent to Kerry and Koren. I will never forget an early visit to Gwen and Evan's first home. He wanted to introduce us to his dogs. He didn't yell or whistle to call them; he just motioned to them with a broad stroke of his arm, and that characteristic smile on his face, and they came running joyously. I remember saying to John at the time-- "Now there's a nice guy!"
An illness took him away too soon, but his amazing spirit and example lives on to guide all who knew and loved him. May you find peace in the memories of his everlasting gifts.
