Shirley St Andrews, 78, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 17, 1943 in Hoboken, NJ to William and Minnie Roth. She married her husband, John, and they raised 8 children. Shirley enjoyed playing bingo and treasured her time with her family. Shirley is predeceased by her parents, husband John St. Andrews, Sr., in 1991, partner of over 30 years, Robert K. Smith in 2021, siblings, Dorothy Goodenough, Arlene Jones, Frank Roth, Ralph Roth, Walter Roth, Fred Roth, Ida Narocki, and Raymond Roth. Shirley is survived by her children, Julie (William) Welch, Baldwinsville NY, Richard (Candy) Reinhardt, Moores NY, John (Penny) St Andrews, Cato NY, Paul St Andrews, Fulton NY, Brenda (Chris) Blake, Baldwinsville NY, Shirley St Andrews, Fulton NY, Rose (Hider) El-Hage, McMinnville TN, and Dawn St Andrews, Fulton; step-children, Dean Smith, Parish NY, Robin McDougal, Parish NY, Kenneth Smith, Murrel Inlet SC, Brenda Weissenberg, Central Square NY, and Kimberly Smith, Central Square NY; siblings, Jean Roberts, Allen Roth, Robert Roth, and William Roth; 37 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. A future date for a Celebration of Life will be announced. We would like to thank Hospice for all of their support and care; they were amazing and always available when we called. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY.
