Alice F Horner, 93, of Fulton NY and formerly Syracuse NY, passed away November 18, 2021. Alice was born to Wilbur and Edna (Cook) Horner of Lysander. She was predeceased by her brothers Wesley E Horner and John G Horner. Surviving are sisters-in-law; Laura Horner and Jeanette Horner, her loving nieces and nephews; Aline (Joseph) Hart, Ned (Cathy) Horner, Lee Horner, Betsy (Don) Morishita, John Horner, Joel (Lori) Horner, Jeffrey (Tina) Horner, many great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends. Alice graduated Salutatorian from Baldwinsville Free Academy in 1945 and attended CCBI in 1946 before pursuing a 44-year career with Syracuse University and retiring as Risk Manager in 1990. Alice enjoyed and participated in many organizations while serving in the community. She enjoyed her time singing in the choir and was a huge SU Fan and supporter. A Calling Hour will be held at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville, on November 23 from 10-11 am, A Funeral Service will follow at 11 am concluding with burial in Jacksonville Rural Cemetery. Contributions can be made to Hospice of Oswego County or Jacksonville Rural Cemetery.
