Obituary of Warren Eli Solomon

Warren E. Solomon, 84, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away peacefully at Upstate Community Hospital. He was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI to Henry and Doris Solomon. In 1966, he earned a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan. Warren taught sociology at the University of Nebraska and the University of North Dakota. In 1968 he began teaching at SUNY Oswego where he retired in 1992 as Assoc. Professor of Sociology. While he did not play a musical instrument, he was highly knowledgeable about classical music. Bach was his favorite composer, but he was born on Beethoven's birthday, December 16. Warren was always kind and thoughtful to others. Warren is survived by his loving wife, Janet, and his sister, Rita, of Oak Creek, WI. Services will be private.
