Obituary of James D Wyman

James "Jim" Wyman, 71, of Liverpool passed away at University Hospital on Tuesday, March 16th.

Born to Peter and Viola Wyman, Jim graduated from Baker High School and attended St. Lawrence University. He was previously employed by Deluxe Corporation and Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC. He was an active member of Canton Woods Senior Center. Jim enjoyed playing golf, bowling, reading and testing his luck at the Casino's.

Survived by his wife of 50 years, Anne (Matzke) Wyman and daughter, Jodi Szymanoski who are grateful for each and every day that they were able to share with him. Jim's love for sports will be carried on by his two grandsons, Kyle and Trent Szymanoski. Also survived by his sister Sue Gerling and family. Jim will be missed by his family of in laws, who always accepted him as one of theirs from day one fifty years ago. And so, our story goes on until we meet again.

Calling hours will be held from 2-5pm, Sunday, March 21 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., A private burial will be held in Jacksonville Cemetery. Contributions can be sent in Jim's memory to Canton Woods Senior Center, Baldwinsville to support the activities that were a big part of Jim's life.
