Obituary of Paul Frederick Chapman

Paul F. Chapman, 83, Baldwinsville, NY passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Raised in Hyde Park, VT, Paul graduated from Lamoille High School. After serving his country in the Air Force, he attended Mary Fletcher Hospital where he was trained as a radiology technician. Following his education, he moved to Central New York where he started his career at St. Joseph's Hospital and retired after 38 yrs.

Paul is predeceased by his wife of 39 years, Mary Ellen, parents, Robert and Mildred Chapman, brothers, Jack and James, and brother-in-law Michael Gillooley. He is survived by his children, Robert (Margaret) Chapman, Christine (Stephen) Angiolillo; grandchildren Alexander and Amanda Chapman and Catherine Angiolillo. As well as his brother Ben (Betty) Chapman, sister Diane (Larry) Ross. Brother-in-law Thomas (Mary) Gillooley, sister-in-law Barbara Gillooley, many nieces and nephews. As well as Mary E. Richer, who provided companionship in his later years.

Public calling hours will be held Friday, March 19th from 10 am -Noon at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville. Due to Covid restrictions, funeral services will be private with burial to follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. The family would like to express deep gratitude to the care provided by units D5, MSICU, Respiratory Care and Dr. B. Aiello and Dr. Garcia.
