Obituary of Waldo C. Kline

Waldo "Wally" C. Kline, 90, passed away at Crouse Hospital Wednesday, March 3. He was born in Pine River, MN to Benjamin and Corella Kline. Wally joined the US Air Force. He worked in Security Service and retired after 20 years. Wally was inducted into the US Air Force Hall of Honors at Kelly Air Force Base, Security Service in San Antonio, TX for his high achievement in developing and implementing the Russian Linguist School. Wally and his wife opened and operated Arrowhead Electric Service, Inc. in Baldwinsville in 1982 and ran the business for 39 years. Wally enjoyed being in the outdoors, fishing, canoeing, and snowmobiling. His most precious time spent was with his family. Wally is survived by his wife of 65 ½ years, Nancy McArdell Kline; children, Wally (Rose) Kline, Danny (Karen) Kline, Kim (Vic) Lisi, Jerry (Karen) Kline, Thomas (Cathy) Kline, and James (Laurie) Kline; sister, Elaine Hangen; and 27 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Calling hours are 4-6 pm Thursday, March 11 at St. Mary's Church, 47 Syracuse St, Baldwinsville followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 6 pm. There will be a spring burial. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
