David Allen Sheridan, 60, from Syracuse, passed away after a long battle with Leukemia at Strong Memorial Hospital with his loving wife, daughter, and son by his side. Dave was born and raised on the North side of Syracuse. He worked at Ace Transmission for over 30 years alongside his favorite uncle, Joe Sheridan. He also worked at Anheuser-Busch for over 20 years where he developed many life-long friendships that he truly cherished. Dave's greatest passion was his family and the time spent with them. His other loves in life included pizza, music (The Beatles), animals, Ford trucks, and bringing laughter and smiles to everyone he met. To know him was to love him. Summed up by his close friend, Brian, "Everyone should strive to be the man Dave was." Dave is predeceased by his Son, Corey Conroy; Parents, Leon and Verna Sheridan; Sister, Susan Sheridan, and his beloved dogs. Surviving Dave are his wife Laurie; Daughter, Ashley (Joshua); Sons, Kyle (Erin), Christopher; Grandson, Cameron; baby Granddaughter (Due in August); Sisters, Betty (Joe), Cyndee (Mike); Brother, Dale; Mother-in-law, Maria and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Calling hours are 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, Wednesday, February 17 at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer St, Baldwinsville.
