Edith A. Rogers, 95, Formerly of Baldwinsville, passed away Wednesday at Sunnyside care center. Born in Baldwinsville to the late Charles and Velma Hobbs, Edith lived most of her life in Baldwinsville where she worked in the village offices, was a member of Grace Church and the beaver meadows golf club. In her free time she enjoyed Reading, Sewing, Knitting and Quilting.
Edith is predeceased by her husband, Robert "Cobby" Rogers, and her grandson Corey Gregory. Surviving are her daughters; Marsha Rogers, Nancy (Guy) Alcock, and Tammi (Ross) Corrente, grandchildren; Sandra Auyer-Jones, Robert Auyer, Kevin Auyer, Amy Brown, Jason Alcock, and Gary Gregory as well as 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 1 PM Saturday, August 28 at Grace Episcopal Church, 110 Oswego St, Baldwinsville.
