Dave was our supervisor at EAL. I remember when I was hired, he invited me to the small dinner at the airport to welcome me to the EAL family. We had a great time and we mostly joked about the pronunciation of my last name. We head it off really well and he made me feel very comfortable not only from the day I met him, but also throughout our times working together and on to the recent times having breakfast at the B’Ville Dinner along with our EAL group friends. Always a fair man, honest, intelligent, sincere and caring. Always coming up with new jokes. They were so good that I would promise myself to remembered them so I could tell my friends and family. The memories and times spent together, along with my co-workers, will forever be engraved in my mind and heart. How can anyone forget that special chunk of one’s life memories and experience. Of course, I will miss Dave, but He will always be in my heart. For sure, at our ongoing EAL group gatherings, Dave’s name will always come up and we will celebrate him in sharing special memories spent together.
