James E. Foot, 79, passed away Monday at Fahey Rehabilitation. He was born in Utica, NY to John and Helen Foot, and served in the US Army from 1960 to 1963. Jim has been a resident of Baldwinsville since 1974. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking, particularly making bird houses, and was an avid Yankees fan. Jim especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Jim is predeceased by his grandson, Ben Lahan, and his sister, Eileen Himes.
Jim is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathryn "Sue" Foxenberg Foot; children, Michael (Wendy) Foot and Michele Lahan; grandchildren, Samantha Foot, Danielle Dingle, Stephanie Lahan, Abbie Lahan, and Jason Lahan; great-grandchildren, Bryson, Brady, Mason, Mackenzie, and Axel.
Services are private.
